Our mission is driven by our co-founders’ passions to increase career access mobility as well as integrate personal and professional development. We are dedicated to Impello’s integral and whole person education model to foster the holistic growth of each of our learners, so each individual can take meaningful action in their lives with self awareness and authenticity.
Integral Education Model
The heart of integral education is based on two simple principles: that education is about the whole and learning is about integration. Traditional education is structured on subject and skills learning with an emphasis on intellectual development, which integral education complements by cultivating a stronger holistic identity and greater self awareness for each learner.
Impello’s unique integral education model focuses on the whole – delivering real-world and practical education in a learning community – and integration – developing learners through mind-body-spirit pedagogies to incorporate their whole selves.
