Self Design Studio
Self Design Studio is an immersive 10-week program that integrates your personal and professional development, created to help you build self awareness and confidence, and expand your professional network.
The learning experience engages your individual growth process through three phases: discovery through a self-identity and 360° feedback evaluation, integration of your feedback learnings into your professional brand, and design of your professional statement and portfolio.
Phase 1: Discovery
Deep dive into the relationships and facets of your life that define personal and professional identity and values.
Phase 2: Integration
Integrate 360 insights to professional brand and positioning, define career goals and identify areas for growth.
Phase 3: Design
Create your Professional Brand & Vision Guide and Portfolio.

What 10-week program. You will meet once a week with your cohort and tasked with independent work between sessions.

Program Outcomes
You come away from Self Design Studio with a strong and holistic perspective of your professional identity and clear actions on advancing your career. Key deliverables include:
- 360 Insights Report – Synthesis of key professional and personal learnings from conducting interviews with people in different facets of your life.
- Professional Brand & Vision Guide – Creation of your professional brand and statement: who you are, your core values, professional vision and opportunities.
- Professional Portfolio – Design of a professional portfolio piece (LinkedIn profile, Github portfolio, professional presentation) to further your career advancement.

Integral Education
The core of integral education is focusing on the whole person: our physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional growth. There are so many parts to who we are than just the mind. Impello’s educational experience is about exploring the ways to learn by integrating different pedagogies and practices.
We bring in the fullness and breadth of whole-person learning to complement the diverse learning ecosystems and needs on a company and individual level. Traditional education and learning lacks an integrated approach: it is very siloed. As a result, learners tend to be too narrowly focused, lack interdisciplinary and broader awareness or approaches that are needed in our changing world.
